According to TWS property coordinator Erica, “Chris is very detailed when he reports; he is anxious to receive more hours to be able to have a nicer center. He takes great pride in his work, and I am very happy to hear that he is also sharing smiles in the center with tenants.”
The manager for the property reports that Chris is a “very nice person, always cleaning” and that his early morning presence on the property puts tenants’ minds at ease. In addition, Chris goes above and beyond and takes care of difficult issues like homeless people sleeping by storefronts.
