This retail plaza is located in a walkable area in the San Fernando Valley area of California. It is anchored by Jon’s International Market, a grocery chain in Southern California. This property also offers unique office spaces and ample parking. This strip mall is on a generously sized lot and needs some improvement, but TWS is up to the challenge! We will be handling the power washing and steam cleaning, using biodegradable cleansers and a plan to increasingly remove concrete stains without causing damage to surfaces.
