It’s all about the training and supervision. Does your current provider have area supervisors and inspection reports?
Who is supervising your day porters, janitors, and other facility service workers?
This is the job of your facility service provider, of course, but there are times they may let this slip through the cracks. Having to track down whether a service was performed to your property or not or whether a day porter showed up or not is simply extra work you don’t need.
Good facility service means entails managing from the big picture view and catching the little details.
TWS has a strategy in place to cover both of these angles:
1) Field Supervisors are on the “ground level” to observe technicians in-person and examine your property up-close. They regularly meet with our onsite team members to train and refine their skills as needed. They also perform regular inspections of properties and make reports of these visits to make sure they meet TWS standards.
2) Property Coordinators orchestrate scheduling of services from our offices. They act as your dedicated managers to check in remotely with onsite service technicians. If the inevitable occurs and a team member is ill or an emergency maintenance issue pops up, then the PCs are available 24/7 to get a shift covered or find a solution.
The TWS management team believes that supervision of our services is a key element in providing consistent results to clients. Our day porters, janitors, and maintenance technicians are thoroughly trained, professional, reliable, and motivated to provide clients with the best facility service possible.
