Founded in 1988, TWS Facility Services is now one of the most successful privately held facility services companies. We continue to grow because of our unique approach to commercial maintenance.
As our service area has expanded to cover the continental United States, so has our team. Our first office was in Huntington Beach, California, but now we have branch offices across the country. This success is due to our commitment to being reliable, but also adaptable, so we can offer quality, cost-efficient services.
The TWS management team is made up of leaders who have experience and expertise, but also a desire to keep learning. We are dedicated to helping our clients meet their goals, such as keeping their properties in top condition at competitive rates. Our clients' needs are our needs. Every TWS team member holds this standard across the many properties we service.
TWS maintains over 2100 facilities. Our expansion has resulted in meeting our goal of increasing our service area to the entire continental United States.
