New Property Spotlight – The TWS Takeover is Here!
A few months ago, we announced on our Facebook a meeting to develop a maintenance strategy with existing staff of an unnamed mall. That mall is the Village at Orange, which has been undergoing a revamping intended to revitalize the mall. TWS is excited to be a part of this makeover by providing excellent maintenance. The Village’s website promises, “No matter what you are looking for, chances are you’ll find it at The Village at Orange.” The mall includes department stores JCPenney and Sears, as well as specialty shops such as Active Ride Shop, Bath & Body Works, and Kay Jewelers. It is also anchored by Sprouts, World Market, Ross and the newly opened HomeGoods. The Habit Burger Grill, Oggi’s Pizza Express, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Noodles & Company provide a varied line-up of eateries to choose from. Coming soon are PetSmart and Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, as well as many more retailers; the website shows up to 20 slots “to be announced”.
